1973: Plays for Billericay L.H.C. and has represented Essex. Runs a farm, breeds greyhounds and is the driving force behind the Angels ladies. Toured Africa, Europe, Jamaica, South America and USA with the Angels. Specialises in fund raising to entertain visiting teams. Broadcast to Czechoslovakia in the BBC European Service after the Angels visit to Prague and spoke in Czech, and is known there as ‘Queenie’. Is an outstanding flower arranger and wins prizes at Essex County Shows. Ras a fabulous ga.rden; keeps open house for Angels, and visiting teams from overseas. Interested in upholstery, skiing and learning german.
