1970: Is trnining to be a Laboratory Technician at St. Thomas’ Hospitaly London. Concerned with Clinical Microbiology and testing of’ antibiotics. Has always been keen on Hospitals and Doctors. Selected for Essex Second XI in spite of an aversion to bananas. Likes skiing, dressmaking, music, girl guidcs, opera. Was vice-captain of’ games at school and now plays hocke:y f’or Chelmsford. Doesn’t gamble and admits a quondam ambition toplay hockey f’or England.

1973: Ras always been keen on hospitals and doctors and is now a medical laboratory technician after training at St. Thomas’s hospital, working in microbiology. Went to Chelmsford County High School. Plays for Chelmsford LHC and has represented Essex. Is petrified by snakes and cannot eat bananas. Likes cooking for appreciative audiences, music, theatre, opera and outdoor activities, people with a sense of humour. Toured Europe, Jamaica, South America and USA with the Angels.
